Construction Cost Audits (Project)

• Seeking better understanding, deeper insight, and greater control over its Development and Construction costs, Positive Developments sought a comprehensive audit of several of its recently completed projects.
• Finsera quickly staffed an offshore team of experienced, chartered/credentialed Construction Accountants at extremely competitive and cost-effective rates.
• For each project, the team of Construction Accountants categorized, databased, and indexed every single invoice and contract for development and construction from consultants, architects, material suppliers, and general contractors. They also created a dashboard for users to easily view and mine data.
• Finsera then staffed an experienced and credentialled Construction Project Manager to conduct an expert review of the contracts, timelines, materials, labor costs, invoices, change orders, payment applications, and contractor notes. The expert also conducted price comparisons and reasonability analyses along with examining potential redundancies in work, labor cost, and materials along with a comprehensive fraud review.
