Seeking to exploit technological advances in Property Technology (PropTech) to manage its growing number of locations, LivingQ tasked Finsera with implementing a suite of solutions that increased the firm’s operational efficiency and decreased its costs.

• Finsera’s IT and Software Team created an online portal and accompanying custom app for iOS and Android for LivingQ Residents to interact with all of their needs and requests and manage their residency.
• The team quickly built LivingQ, an AI based chatbot system to immediately field resident queries and requests on demand.
• Finsera created a backend tracking and dashboard system for LivingQ Property Managers to monitor the physical state of the buildings through the use of smart building technologies.
